Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed same-day when placed before 2:00 PM CT on business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

We ship via UPS and USPS from our fulfillment partner's distribution centers across the United States. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Tracking information is emailed within 24 hours of shipment. All orders ship within the continental United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, undamaged products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@clarityvine.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to your original payment method.
